Today is Earth Day! We read our Scholastic News about Earth Day and learned that we should help the enviornment by recycling (items like computers, cell phones, paper, and plastic) and not littering trash. We need to work hard not to pollute the air so we can breathe.

We read Strega Nona: Her Story. We worked in groups to draw pictures of Strega Nona and Big Anthony. We wrote three characteristics of each character.

Music tomorrow!

Today in math we ordered numbers from least to greatest and greatest to least. The numbers were between 100-999. During our shared reading time we read Strega Nona by Tomie dePaola. We wrote what happened in the story on sentence strips and put them in order of the story.

We had fun in techonology and listened to Cade and Mrs. Elder read us a book.

Tomorrow is P.E.
